We’re passionate about wellbeing and have extensive experiencing in running and facilitating both residential and day-retreats. Our retreats are the ultimate me-time and include Tai Chi, Qigong, breathwork, guided meditation, affirmations, journaling, intention setting and chance to spend some wonderful chilled out time with some fantastic people. 

We always have great fun and lots of laughs, and strong connections are made. And we always make sure that exceptional food and drink is an absolute priority – all our guests need to do is turn up and relax.
